1. Acceptance & Eligibility

By creating an account or using the HealthFlex app, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old to use HealthFlex.

HealthFlex is operated by Hangly Inc., a corporation registered in Ontario, Canada, with its registered office at 19 McKnight Ave, Waterdown, ON L8B 0R5.

2. Account & Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Notify us immediately at support@healthflex.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. The Service

HealthFlex offers adaptive workouts, wellness guidance, wearable integration, community features, a Coach Directory, and an in-app wallet.

A free tier and a paid premium subscription are available. Features may change as the app evolves.

4. Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellation

HealthFlex Premium is offered as an auto-renewable subscription on a monthly or annual basis. Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged through your Apple ID, and you can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.

You may cancel at any time through your App Store subscription settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Coach Directory Marketplace

Certified Coaches are independent contractors. They are NOT employees, agents, or partners of Hangly Inc.

All bookings and payments must flow through the HealthFlex wallet. Off-platform or cash payment between users and coaches is strictly prohibited.

For Coach bookings, HealthFlex charges a service fee. The fee is shown to you before you confirm a booking.

HealthFlex verifies coach credentials but does not guarantee outcomes and is not liable for the services a coach provides.

6. Spot Me

Spot Me matches you with nearby users for accountability and buddy workouts only.

You may NOT charge, or accept payment from, another user for training or coaching through Spot Me. Violations may result in suspension.

7. In-App Wallet & Payments

Phase 1 payment methods: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Interac e-Transfer, and card payments via Stripe.

In-app cryptocurrency functionality (including Solana) is not available and is not offered in this version of HealthFlex.

8. Health & Safety Disclaimer

HealthFlex is a wellness and fitness platform. It does NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and does not cure, treat, or prevent any disease or condition.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any fitness, fasting, supplement, or wellness program — especially if you have a health condition, injury, are pregnant or postpartum, take medication, or have mental-health concerns.

You acknowledge that physical activity carries inherent risks and you participate voluntarily and at your own risk.

9. Community Conduct

You are responsible for content you post. No harassment, hate, spam, or health misinformation.

HealthFlex may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

10. Intellectual Property

The HealthFlex name, brand, app, and content are owned by Hangly Inc. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

11. Prohibited Conduct

No illegal use, reverse engineering, scraping, fraud, or circumvention of payment or verification systems.

12. Disclaimers of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

13. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by Ontario and Canadian law, Hangly Inc.'s liability is limited.

You agree to indemnify Hangly Inc. against claims arising from your use of the service.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. You may close your account at any time.

15. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in-app. Continued use means acceptance.
